About Us

The Founders

Care Home Central was founded by two Bay Area Natives who share a passion for senior care. The team has over 15 years of combined experience in the industry working directly with seniors and their families as a caregiver and owner of a home care organization.

The Challenge

In 2020, we set out to build a modern and technologically advanced care home in the Bay Area where we could implement the latest technology to offer the highest level of comfort and care. After completing the Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE) Administrator Certification Program, we conducted extensive research on how seniors and their families searched for care homes. Not only was it difficult to find all the care homes in a specific area, it was impossible to know which care homes had room availability. This information was just not available anywhere.

Most of the seniors that we interviewed entrusted a placement agency to “place” them into a care home that best matched their requirements. Oftentimes, we discovered that seniors were not given many or any options, resulting in a placement that was not ideal for the individual. We knew we had to figure out a better way for seniors to find the right care home.

Our Solution

In 2022, we launched Care Home Central, a transparent platform that allows seniors and their families to easily find and connect with care homes that have room availability. Once a city is entered into the search, our search engine instantly generates a list of care homes in that city, highlighting homes that currently have rooms available at the top of the search results. From there, the user can directly contact the care home administrator, bypassing any middleman or placement agency. Care Home Central empowers seniors and their families with more available options so they can choose a care home that truly fits them best.

Our Future

Care Home Central has a very focused mission: to simplify the stressful and labor-intensive work of finding care homes for seniors nationwide and to help care home administrators easily reach families who are looking for care homes in their area.

As Care Home Central grows, we will be expanding outside of California by adding states across the country to our search engine and introducing new features and services to help care home administrators advance the care that we, as an industry, provide the beloved seniors of our communities.
